Tactical Height Solutions was set up to give Sydney strata managers and builders something that is surprisingly hard to find: one crew that knows both the rope and the trade.

Our story
Our founder came to Sydney and started out on building sites, labouring and then rendering. Years of rendering and remedial work led to painting qualifications, and then to rope access, where it became clear how many façade jobs were being done by technicians who could get to the wall but didn't know the trade, or by tradespeople who needed weeks of scaffold to reach it.
Tactical Height Solutions Pty Ltd was founded in 2021 to close that gap. Today the business is led by an IRATA Level 3 rope access technician who also holds a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating and an NSW painting contractor licence, and the team works across Greater Sydney and NSW, and is open to projects in other states.
What that means for your building
- The person on the rope knows the trade. Surface preparation, repair mortars, sealant depth and paint systems are done properly, not just reached.
- One contact from quote to handover. Inspection, repairs, sealing, painting and anchor certification come from the same team, so nothing falls between contractors.
- Paperwork that stands up. Insurance, SWMS, certificates and photo reports come with every job.

How we work
Every job starts with a free site inspection and ends with a photo report. In between, the work runs under a site-specific SWMS with an IRATA Level 3 supervisor responsible for the rigging plan, rescue cover and quality of the work. We keep residents and building managers informed, keep the site tidy, and leave the building better documented than we found it.
