Façade maintenance programs in short
Tactical Height Solutions provides façade maintenance programs for buildings in Sydney using IRATA-certified rope access technicians instead of scaffolding. One yearly plan for the outside of your building: inspection, anchor recertification, washing, sealant checks and touch-ups, scheduled and reported. Every job is supervised by an IRATA Level 3 technician, carried out under NSW contractor licence 478674C, and covered by $20 million public liability insurance. Site inspections in Sydney are free, enquiries get a reply the same day, and most jobs can start within 48 hours of an approved quote.

Most façade problems are cheap when they're small. A cracked joint costs a few metres of sealant; left for three winters it becomes a leak into two apartments and a ceiling repair. A maintenance program finds those things on a schedule instead of after a complaint.
We set up a yearly plan for the outside of your building and do it from the rope: the annual anchor inspection, a close-up check of the façade, washing where it's needed, sealant and paint touch-ups, and a photo report your committee or owner can file. Visits are booked ahead and priced up front.
For strata buildings, the report also feeds the capital works fund forecast: you see what's coming before it becomes urgent.

Questions about façade maintenance programs
What does a building maintenance program include?
Usually the annual anchor inspection, a close-up façade check, washing of the façade or windows, small sealant and paint repairs, and a photo report. We tailor it to the building and quote a fixed annual price.
How often should a strata building be inspected?
Roof anchors must be inspected at least every 12 months. For the façade, a yearly close-up check is a sensible minimum for most buildings, and coastal buildings benefit from more frequent washing.
Can the program include repairs?
Small sealant and paint repairs are included as agreed. Larger repairs are quoted separately, so the committee approves them before work starts.
How long is the agreement?
We suggest a 12-month plan reviewed each year. Talk to us about terms that suit your building.
